PBIS stands for Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports. Part of the philosophy behind PBIS is taking a proactive approach to teaching appropriate behaviors.

We use RAD Raider rules as a basis for these conversations.

Great RAD Raider behavior is further reinforced through Positivity Project lessons, which focus on elements of good character.

As a school, we focus on a different character trait each week. These include traits such as curiosity, teamwork, integrity, creativity, bravery, gratitude, kindness, optimism, and more. This program helps students develop positive social skills and habits that will help them to be successful throughout their lives.
