Superintendent Search

The Almont Community School District is continuing the important work of selecting our next Superintendent. We remain committed to a transparent, community-centered process that values the voices of our students, families, staff, and residents.

Several key steps in the search have already been completed. The Board of Education selected Scott Morrell from MASB who is guiding the process for the district. The Board held a workshop to build a candidate profile based on the results from a community engagement session which gathered input from stakeholders. The candidate application window for the position of Superintendent closed officially on .
